Robert Carlo first took the plunge to start his own fireplace installation business in September of 2020. However the concept of RC Fireplaces has been in the back of his mind for many years previously. 

Prior to opening RC Fireplaces, Robbie has accumulated over 10 years of industry experience! With lots of dedication and love for the industry, Robbie grew his career from being an apprentice installer to becoming a WETT certified Lead Installer.

With his vast amount of experience Robert decided to kick off his dream fireplace business with convenience for his customers being his top priority.  As someone who loves the industry he has now been a part of for over 13 years, he takes great pride in the work he does. Robbie has built his business with a focus on safety, code compliances, and dedication to detail.

Robbie has taken the opportunity to build his business from the ground up in the exact way he would like, as a one stop fireplace shop! The process for a customer would look as follows: we assist the customer in picking the most effective unit for their space; we offer guidance in helping them achieve the style that they are looking for; we work hard to offer units within their budget.  We do all installations in house meaning we can schedule a date for the installation at the time of purchase.

With every installation, Robbie ensures to provide a brief but in depth explanation on the workings and proper care and safety measures of the specific unit to aid in the longevity of their investment.
